Complaints resolution
We strive to resolve complaints within a period of eight weeks. Some matters could require more time to resolve, in that case you will be kept informed. Should your complaint not have been resolved to your satisfaction, you may decide to refer the matter to the EU Ombudsman Service

Unethical conduct could include various forms of abuse, fraud, conflicts of interest, corruption, etc. We are obliged to investigate these reports to confirm the validity of each case before we can address them.
How we respond
We commit to resolving reported cases fairly and in accordance with governing laws. We realize that sometimes we might not be able to address or resolve reports of misconduct to our satisfaction based on local jurisdictions or our mandate within a project. We do, however, reserve the right to terminate our project participation as per our terms and conditions and refer misconduct to relevant authorities.
